3. Non-Refundable Circumstances (including but not limited to)

The following situations do not constitute grounds for a refund:

  • User's personal network issues, device issues, or regional network restrictions.

  • User's subjective dissatisfaction with the service effect.

  • Improper use or erroneous operation.

  • Normal purchase behavior after the trial period ends.

  • Changes in availability due to policies, regulations, or third-party environmental changes.

V. Service Availability and Interruption

Havnet VPN may temporarily interrupt or adjust services due to the following reasons:
