The above situations require verification and confirmation by Havenet VPN's technical and customer service teams.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances (including but not limited to)

The following situations do not constitute grounds for a refund:

  • User's personal network problems, device problems, or regional network restrictions.

  • User's subjective dissatisfaction with the service effect.

  • Improper use or misoperation.

  • Normal purchase behavior after the trial period ends.

  • Changes in availability due to policies, regulations, or third-party environmental changes.

Please fully understand and evaluate the applicability of the service before purchasing.

V. Service Availability and Interruption

Havenet VPN may temporarily interrupt or adjust services due to the following reasons:

  • System maintenance, upgrades, or optimization.

  • Abnormalities with network operators or third-party services.

To the extent permitted by law, Havenet VPN shall not be liable to users for compensation under the above circumstances.

  • It assumes no responsibility for any legal risks, economic losses, or other consequences arising from the user's use of this service.

Users should independently judge and bear the risks that may arise from using VPN services.

VII. Service Adjustment and Termination

Havenet VPN reserves the right at any time to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services.
